Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific time will begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to compliance review.

Shipping Method and Carrier

We ship hemp flower exclusively through UPS using approved shipping services. All shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Hemp Compliance and Shipping Restrictions

All products sold are federally compliant hemp derived from Cannabis Sativa L. Contains no more that 0.3%n Delta-9-THC on a dry weight basis. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders destined for states, counties, or municipalities where hemp products are restricted or prohibited. Compliance documentation may accompany shipments in accordance with applicable regulations.

Adult Signature Requirement

Due to the nature of hemp products, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable signature may result in the package being returned to sender and subject to reshipping fees.

Shipping Address Acuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Tracking and Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has shipped the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. When UPS marks a package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Carrier Delays and Compliance Holds

Delivery time lines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or regulatory inspections. We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Returned or Refused Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur restocking and reshipping fees.

Wholesale/ Bulk Orders

Large or wholesale orders may ship separately or via freight depending on volume. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
